Our commitment to an accessible senior-care website and clear ways to request assistance.

This accessibility statement covers a site designed for keyboard use, visible focus, readable contrast, clear headings, text-based errors and zoom. We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA and continue to test the experience. Use the care request form to ask for information in another accessible format. Testing includes keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader-oriented semantics, visible focus, color contrast, reflow at narrow widths, text enlargement, form labels and understandable error recovery. We also respect reduced-motion preferences and avoid using color alone to communicate status. If part of the website is difficult to use, request an accessibility follow-up through the care form and describe the page, task, browser or assistive technology if comfortable doing so.
