How we test
Testing includes keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader-oriented semantics, visible focus, color contrast, reflow at narrow widths, text enlargement, form labels and understandable error recovery. We also respect reduced-motion preferences and avoid using color alone to communicate status. Automated checks help find defects, but manual review remains necessary.
Reporting a barrier
If part of the website is difficult to use, request an accessibility follow-up through the care form and describe the page, task, browser or assistive technology if comfortable doing so. Do not include medical records. We will assess the barrier, offer a reasonable alternative format when possible and prioritize fixes that block essential information or the care request.
