What kind of senior care can you help with?
We cover non-medical home care, companion and personal care, dementia support, respite, overnight help, independent living, assisted living, memory care, residential care homes and short-term stays.
What if I am not sure whether home care or a community is right?
Choose “Not sure” on the care form. We will begin with practical questions about the current living situation, routines, location and timing without making a medical diagnosis.
Is there a fee to submit a care request?
No. There is no charge to submit a request. Participating providers may compensate Vermont Senior Care for marketing or introductions.
Do you guarantee a caregiver or available room?
No. Provider schedules and community availability change. Availability, price, eligibility, suitability and outcomes are never guaranteed.
Will my medical details be shared?
The initial form does not ask for diagnoses, medical records or medication lists. We contact you first and explain who may receive information before it is shared with a separate provider.
