We make the first step simpler by organizing home-care, assisted-living, memory-care, respite and related options under one calm, local experience.
Our boundaries
We are not an emergency service, medical provider, insurer, government agency or law firm. We do not diagnose, determine eligibility, guarantee provider availability or make a final suitability decision for a family.
Our launch area
Relationship-building begins in Chittenden County, with statewide educational resources and regional expansion tied to verified provider coverage.
What a family can expect
The first conversation is meant to clarify the requested path, location, schedule and timing. It may produce provider questions or an introduction, but it is not a clinical assessment, placement decision or guarantee that a service is available. Families remain free to contact public resources and providers independently.
We use plain language, identify commercial relationships and keep the first request intentionally limited. A separate provider receives identifiable information only after the family is told who may receive it and gives appropriate permission.
How the network grows
Provider participation is built through direct relationships and verified service information, starting in northwestern Vermont. We do not create placeholder provider profiles or imply statewide inventory that has not been confirmed. Educational location pages can exist before a participating relationship, but they must say so plainly.
